Book a restring
A few taps and you are done.
So I know whose racquet it is and where to text you when it is done. Two fields and you are through.
Your number is only ever used to talk to you about your racquet.
Pick when you want it back first, then I can tell you the latest you can drop it.
Evening drop-offs cannot make it back the same day, so they are off for now. If you genuinely need it tonight, call me and we will work something out.
Pick a drop-off window so I know when to expect you.
Need it sooner than any of that, or a match tomorrow? Call me and we will sort it out. There is nearly always a way.
Give each one a name so I can tell them apart on the bench. Anything works, "the black one" is fine.
Give each racquet a name so I can tell them apart. Brand, colour, model, whatever you know.
Anything marked In stock is on the shelf right now. Pick the string, then put the tension in beside it.
Every racquet needs a string and a tension before we go on.
Only need grip work or a grommet strip?
All optional. Fitted while your racquet is on the machine.
Which racquet gets what?
I need the brand, the model and the year or generation, or I will end up with the wrong one.
Brand, model and year, otherwise I cannot source it.
Your turnaround becomes TBD. I will confirm a date once I know how fast I can get the part.
Paying now makes the hand-off about ten seconds. Totally fine to pay at the car instead.
I hit the deadline or the labor is free. If I say tomorrow and it is not ready tomorrow, you do not pay the $30. That is the whole promise and I have never needed a clause under it.
If you are running late, nothing bad happens. The clock starts when the racquet is actually in my hands, so a late drop-off just moves the ready time by the same amount. Text me and I will tell you the new time.
Miss the window entirely? No charge, no drama. We pick another time. If you paid already the credit just sits on your account until you use it.
Pickups have a 15 minute grace either side. Traffic here is what it is.
Nothing to pay now. Tap your phone or card when I hand it back.
